CMs biography to be released soon

‘The 5th Gandhi,’ KCR's biography will be released soon in Telugu and Urdu by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and Kavita respectively, said Telangana Dy CM, Mahmood Ali.

Addressing the media on Monday morning at Media Plus Auditorium, Telangana Dy CM Mahmood Ali said, "The biography is a novel tribute to the leader of Telangana's non-violence movement."

The biography, is a voluminous compilation by veteran journalist Jalaluddin Akbar, in an illustrious narrative of life, struggles and triumph of KCR to the formation of Telangana State and his rise as the first Chief Minister.

Announcing the imminent release of the biography, the Dy Chief Minister said, "We will release it on a grand scale. While the release date has not been finalised yet, the Dy Chief Minister assured, "The biography will be first released in Urdu by CM's daughter and TRS MP Kavita, and in Telugu by Chief Minister himself in a month's time."

Author of the biography Jalaluddin Akbar said, "The biography is an expression of gratitude to the Chief Minister KCR for his pro-minority welfare schemes. It is a fitting tribute."

Addressing the media, eminent philanthropist and Trustee - Federation of Indian Associations Chicago Iftekhar Shareef announced to support publication of Telugu version of the biography.

Jalaluddin Akbar's sons Abu Jaffar and Abu Yasir who compiled the book were also present on the occasion.
