Mercure employees celebrate
Mercure Hyderabad KCP organised ‘Employee Celebration Week’ with an aim to acknowledge and recognise the employees relentless efforts in delivering highest standards of service, contributing towards the success of the hotel. One week celebration comprised of fun events to bring about team bonding and appreciate the hard work done by employees.
Mercure Hyderabad KCP organised ‘Employee Celebration Week’ with an aim to acknowledge and recognise the employees relentless efforts in delivering highest standards of service, contributing towards the success of the hotel. One week celebration comprised of fun events to bring about team bonding and appreciate the hard work done by employees. The activities were organised as part of countrywide celebrations at all AccorHotels with a theme ‘Feel Valued.’
Employees at Mercure Hyderabad KCP came up with a series of entertainig activties to spread the gaiety while also helping the team members build stronger bond with each other. The celebration was inaugurated with Special Breakfast for night shift and morning shift with the leadership team. Different departments had taken ownership of each day’s, planning a sequence of events to entertain the employees throughtout the day.
On the First day of celebrations the F and B team had planned a cow-boy theme and the entire hotel was decorated as per the theme. On the second day, the theme was Navaratri by Rooms Division, with an exclusive Dandiya Night for the employees. The Engineering and Security Team opened a pop-up restaurant ‘Chan’s Mercure Restaurant’ just for a day for the employees. The Admin and sales teams planned a Local fair (Mela) and lots of activities and games were conducted to engage and entartain the employees. The week long celebration culminated with CSR activities with active employee participation. A unique bicycle ride was done to pledge Mercure Hyderabad KCP’s support for Rally for Rivers campaign by Isha Foundation.
The pinnacle of festivities during the Employee Celebration week was the Mercure Star Night at Mercure Hyderabad KCP. All the employees were invited with their family. The audience were entertained by the skillful display of talent by Mercure Team over great music and food. The fun filled evening culminated with the award ceremony for the top performers of individual departments and various games conducted throughout the week.Employees and their families throughly enjoyed and actively participated in other fun-filled activities.
