The announcement came from the Prabhandak Committees of Gurudwara Saheb Secunderabad and Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Guru Nanak Marg, Ashok Bazar, Afzalgunj at a presser in the city on Friday.

Prabhandak Committee, Presidents, S Baldev Singh Bagga and S Gurcharan Singh Bagga and General Secretaries, S Avtar Singh Khanuja and S Joginder Singh Mujral informed that two ‘Nagar Keertans’ will be taken out by Gurudwara Saheb Secunderabad at 4 pm on October 31 and another from Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Afzalgunj at 4 pm on November 2.

On the day of ‘Prakash Utsav Celebrations’, which falls on November 4 , a grand ‘Vishaal Deewan’ will be held at Exhibition Grounds, Nampally.

“Thousands of devotees from across the state will take part in the holy procession. Guru Granth Sahebji will be carried on a beautifully decorated vehicle along with ‘Nishaan Sahebans’ all along the procession,” said the president.

“Major attraction of the procession will be the display of ‘Gatka’ a famous Sikh martial art forms and other breathtaking sword exercises,” he said.
