Officials asked to encourage prospective industrialists
District Collector M V Reddy directed officials concerned to encourage prospective industrialists to set up industries by providing loans to them.
Medchal: District Collector M V Reddy directed officials concerned to encourage prospective industrialists to set up industries by providing loans to them.
At a meeting held with District Industrial Promotional Committee at his office recently the district collector asked the members to train unemployed youth keen on establishing industries in those units whose investments range between Rs 5 lakh and Rs 20 lakh.
He directed DRDO, Industries Department General Manager and Youth Welfare Officer to launch a portal that would help youth to develop required skills. He also asked them to update the portal on a regular basis with details of skill development companies and job vacancies in various companies.
Joint-Collector Dharma Reddy, District Industries Department General Manager Ravinder, TSIIC representative Sudheer Reddy and others were present.
