CPP project inspected

Charminar: Special Chief Secretary Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD) Naveen Mittal on Friday inspected the Charminar Pedestrian Project (CPP) works along with municipal officials.
Mittal visited the work site and inspected the quality of tiles that are laid.
The work on the project is going on a brisk pace and a buffer zone is being created around Charminar.
Following the complaints by locals, he asked the officials to complete the works as early as possible. These works have started only a fortnight ago after months of delay. Officials have claimed that these works would be completed in two months.
In the second phase of the project, vehicular traffic may be diverted on the Charminar route.
