During the meeting in which party leaders like State president Dr K Laxman and MLC Ramchander Rao were present, the party strongly condemned minority appeasement politics, which in their opinion, were used by the TRS government to fill up their vote banks.
Some of the moves of the TRS government highlighted by the BJP unit included declaring of Urdu as the second official language of the State and 12 per cent reservation for the Muslim community.
MLC Rao said, “The party will intensify the movement against the gross injustice which the TRS party has been doing to the people of Telangana.”
