Baker Tech Fair begins
President of Society of Indian Bakers, JN Khushwaha inaugurated the ‘Bakers Technology Fair’ at Hitex Exhibition Centre here on Thursday. Hospitality Purchase Manager, Mohan Deshpande, TS Hotels Association president Venkat Reddy were also present at the event.

The exposition features the brainwave involved in baking with manufacturers, equipment suppliers, associated services and inputs showcasing latest feats in technological upgrades and revolution that are transpiring within the baking world.
Speaking on the occasion Brijesh Edwards from Synergy Exposures said, “There is an evolution in lifestyle and consumer preference. People seek bakery products with global appeal, convenience and taste in addition to health benefits. Baking industry has taken this perspective into consideration and is heading towards a revolution with high nutrient value, ecofriendly production methods with use of organic ingredient.”
“Experts and professionals are constantly raising the standards of improved packaging increasing shelf life along with development of concept bakeries,” he said. The fair will facilitate the display of myriad list of products and services offered to the bakery, confectionery, food service and sweet and snack industry and enables all categories to find smarter solutions for their business.
