Uppal MLA NVSS Prabhakar raised concern over civic issues in Nacharam at the Assembly on Wednesday. Prabhakar spoke on behalf of the people there who have migrated to Telangana and do not have caste certificates. He also spoke about civic problems, such as overflowing nalas that are posing threat to the health of the residents. “These are a major source of nuisance to commuters,” he said.

“Many people migrated from Northern states and they do not have a proper caste certificate. Due to this most of them fail to avail the facilities of the State government,” he said and urged the government to look into the matter.
