Kashish Vohra’s love for handloom

Hyderabad: Tollywood actress Kashish Vohra inaugurated the six-day national silk expo at Satya Sai Nigamagamam in the city on Friday. The expo is organised by Gramin Hastkala Vikas Samithi in which over 60 designers from across the country are participating.

“The main social objective of the handloom exhibition is to promote weavers and encourage and provide a market to the handloom industry. Through these exhibitions, we have been able to create good market for the weavers and their handloom woven ware, even in places where exhibitions are not feasible,” said the organisers.
