Cherlapally: Twenty-five students from Mahatma Gandhi Law College visited the Cherlapally open prison on Friday as part of their academic project. The students had a discussion with the inmates and conducted a survey on how many prisoners are having advocates, and on the health conditions of the inmates. Later they interacted with the Superintendent of Prisons Arjun Rao, who took them around the campus and showed them the agricultural lands where organic farming is done by the prisoners. He explained the activities the prisoners do daily.
