Kapra: The National Platform for the Rights of the Disabled (Vikalangula Hakkula Jatiya Vedika) Medchal district secretary Kurunelli Srinivas has released a wall-poster pertaining to an event, show-casing talents of the physically challenged, titled ‘Vikalangula Samskrutika Utsavalu’ to be held at Sundarayya vignana Kendram on December 1.
In a meeting of the Vedika held at the ZP High School in Kushaiguda on Wednesday, he said that the event is being organised in association with the Telangana tourism to display talents of the physically challenged to the world at large.
Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, secretary to women and child welfare department M Jagadeeshwar, Chairman Telangana Vikalangula Corporation Ketireddy Vasudevareddy, physically challenged welfare department director B Sailaja, film producer Dil Raju will take part in the event as chief guests.
Mahila convener of the organisation Nagalakshmi and others, including Amaravati, Bhagyalakshmi, Nagarani, Sujata, Ramesh and Srinivas, took part.
