Boora Narsaiah Goud participated as the chief guest in the World AIDS Day event, organised by Telangana State AIDS Control Society (TSACS) at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan here on Friday.

Speaking on this occasion he said we were observing AIDS Day to create the awareness among the general population on HIV, modes of transmission and prevention. “Of the 3.60 crore of State population around two lakh people were infected with HIV. HIV is preventable disease with low cost and awareness,” he said.

He launched the TSACS website. He suggested that TSACS should incorporate Telugu audio visuals in the website. He appealed that all political leaders and celebrities like Nikhil can gain access into the hearts of YOUTH in achieving end of HIV by 2030.

Movie actor Nikhil Siddharth said youngsters must be careful about health and be aware of HIV/AIDS. “Let us be dynamic, let us be strong, and lets be aware of HIV/AIDS,” he said.
