Masab Tank: Young Stars CC, First Lancer clinched the 23rd Col CK Nayudu Day/Night U-12 Junior Cricket Tournament title by defeating Sports Zone Cricket Academy here recently. As part of the valedictory function for the event, which was organised by Sports Coaching Foundation (SCF), former Special Chief Secretary M Gopalakrishna distributed trophies and felicitated the winners. He advised the children to work hard and achieve their dreams in sports. Later, he donated Rs 10,000 to SCF for its efforts to promote sports at grass route level, especially among underprivileged children. K Sai Baba, Founding Secretary of SCF along with the management was present.
