Aziznagar: It was an impressive show of tech-savvy performances by students of Sreenidhi International School here recently as part of the annual day celebrations. Set on theme ‘Metamorphosis- Celebrating becoming rather than being’ the participants put up a telling show of songs, dances and drama that celebrated the process of change and transformation to an evolved being.

Dr N S Rajan Group CHRO, Group CMO, CEO - IDFC Foundation was present at the event along with actor Aditya Lakhia. Motivating the children, Dr Rajan recalled his school days and how students were following instructions of teachers and obeyed parents in contrast to present generation of students who question their parents and teachers for everything. “The present generation of young children are adept with technology and have access to a lot of information.

They do not accept things as easily as we have done. The parents and teachers are constantly being challenged by these young questioning minds. Hence, schools and parents have lot more responsibility in shaping them,” he said.

Later, Lakhia was felicitated by the chairman Dr KT Mahhe and Executive Director Ssarithha Katikaneni.
