CCTV cams installed
Excise and Prohibition minister T Padma Rao Goud inaugurated CCTV cameras in Madhura Nagar Colony here on Friday.
Seethaphalmandi: Excise and Prohibition minister T Padma Rao Goud inaugurated CCTV cameras in Madhura Nagar Colony here on Friday.
To ensure that the residents live in a secure environment around 11 cameras were installed to supervise activities around the area. The project of surveillance taken up under the Chikalguda police station is worth Rs 50 lakh, whose first phase has been put in implementation on Friday.
GHMC Zonal Commissioner J Shankaraiah, Deputy Commissioner K Ravi Kumar, Seethaphalmandi Corporator Samala Hema, Boudh Nagar Corporator Dhananjana Bhai and senior TRS leaders participated in the event. Pavan Kumar Goud, President of the Madhura Nagar Colony Welfare Association thanked the minister for the kind gesture of keeping them safe.
