Encroachment of road by parked vehicles posing problems

Commuters, especially students, have been facing difficulties on account of parking heavy vehicles and three-wheelers on either side of the road. The road margins have been shrunk on account of the parking of the vehicles and because of the ongoing metro train works. Women waiting in the bus stop adjacent to the school are facing a lot of inconvenience for want of space.

Because of the Mahankali temple, the road-widening is not uniform. Very close to it located a primary school, primary health center, bus stand. Encroachment of the road by the parked heavy vehicles has been inconvenient to the people to more freely on the road.
Will the authorities or elected people’s representatives intervene in this matter?
