Story sessions take centrestage

Secunderabad: A 30-minute story session on topics like ‘Overcoming Obesity’, ‘The Sojourner’, ‘A Million Words Misspelt’, ‘Live in Olive Green’, ‘Alcoholics ‘Anonymous etc was conducted by the Human Library Hyderabad chapter at Our Sacred Space here on Sunday.
Around 11 ‘Human’ books from various parts of Hyderabad participated in the event that received an applauding response not only from teenagers but also from senior citizens who shared their stories with the younger audiences.
“We had conducted one session in March and the responses we received are overwhelming. It all started with a Facebook meme but now it seems to be helping reinstate a healthy social life among many people,” said Harshad Dinkar Fad, the founder.
