Mahendra Hills: Congress party workers led by Manne Krishank protested at the proposed herbal park at Trimurthy Colony in Mahendra Hills on Monday. “Since one year there has been no progress,” he said.
The work was supposed to start on December 11, 2016. The protestors performed panda pradanam, roughly translated last rites to send a strong message to the authorities. The herbal park was to be developed in 1.5 acres at an estimated cost of Rs 1 crore. Vasantha Yadav, former corporator, Narsing Moni and Balvath Reddy also took part in the protest.
