Celebrating the success of five years Accor hotels organised an event at Mercure Hyderabad to appreciate all the women employees for their contribution in the success of the hotel.
Hyderabad: Celebrating the success of five years Accor hotels organised an event at Mercure Hyderabad to appreciate all the women employees for their contribution in the success of the hotel.
Speaking at the event Hari Kumar, a trainer who attended the event along with other dignitaries, appreciated the effort of the management and WAAG network (Women at AccorHotels Generation) in maintaining gender diversity and healthy work environment. In his training session, he motivated women employees to believe in the power of inner beauty and meditation. His words encouraged all the women employees who were present at the event.
Accor launched its International Women’s Network (WAAG)in 2012. Its main aim is to fight against the stereotypes and help Accor reach its gender equality objectives. WAAG believes in providing greater access to women to reach managerial positions.
The event was organised in order to empower every woman with confidence in both their professional and personal life. This event encouraged them to build up their career to a brighter side.
