Established in 1992 and spread over 65 acres, Shilparamam has become the one point for lovers of ethnic goods. Ramanujam, a Chennai resident of who is in the city said, “I make it a point to visit Shiparamam whenever I am in the city.

I take back lot of handloom material which lasts the whole year.” With schools having vacations and festive season on, people hav ebeem thronging Shilparamam for the last two days.
