The two-day International Conference on Electronics and Communication Technologies was inaugurated at the ECE Auditorium, here on Friday. Hosted in collaboration with the Osmania University Electronics & Communication Engineering Alumni Association, the event witnessed over 200 teacher-student groups from various engineering colleges and industry representatives.

Hosted in collaboration with the Osmania University Electronics & Communication Engineering Alumni Association, the event witnessed over 200 teacher-student groups from various engineering colleges and industry representatives.

Ramachandra Tejavath, a retired IAS officer and the Special Representative of Telangana in New Delhi declared the event open along with Dr Ramesh Datla, Chairman, Elico Healthcare Services Ltd and Prof S Ramachandram, Vice Chancellor of Osmania University.

As a part of the inaugural function, the evolution of the Electronics & Communication Engineering Department in the university campus and its milestones were elaborately explained to the audience while the latter half saw several presentations on "Artificial Intelligence". Mesmerising cultural performances enthralled the guests and concluded the first day of the workshop.
