Home Minister Nayini Narasimha Reddy on Sunday inaugurated She Toilets at Sundaraiah Park here along the local legislator Dr K Lakshman and corporator V Srinivasa Reddy. He described the toilets would be beneficial for women and promised to implement more measures for modernising the park further.Â

He described the toilets would be beneficial for women and promised to implement more measures for modernising the park further.
Speaking on the occasion, he lauded the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao as his development works, implemented as part of making twin cities the global city, set an example for other states to emulate. Dr Lakshman said that development works are being implemented above partisan politics. He asked people to bring their problems to his notice for resolution.
The corporator said that the She Toilets issue figured at the meeting of the standing committee of the GHMC recently. Further, he hinted at establishing an e-library in the park to give the amenities in the park a shot in the arm. GHMC deputy commissioner Krishna Sekhar, local leader GY Giri and others took part in the programme.
