Lift association members donate blood

Secunderabad: Telangana Elevator Association organised a Blood Donation campaign in KIMS hospitals and got a tremendous response on the occasion of the New Year. Lift technicians, manufacturers, company owners participated in this social cause.

The KIMS hospitals administration responded and appreciated the Association President, Avinash Challa. They also issued appreciation certificates to everyone who participated in the event. Avinash, while talking to the media informed that the elevator Industry is related to service, as they need to be ready to provide emergency services all the time. He mentioned that soldiers at border fight for country and in the same way lift technicians do risk their life, for bread and butter and always they are ready for any good social cause.

He mentioned that all of them donated blood to showcase their love towards the lift industry and wish that in this year Lift Act will be implemented.

By implementing Lift Act, we can have more safety measures in place, avoid accidents and can save lives of users as well as lift technicians. He recollected that government also responded positively earlier. He congratulated everyone who participated in this social event and mentioned that every month they will continue taking up
such initiatives.
