Secunderabad Hyderabad Iron & Steel Merchant Association (SHISMA), the biggest steel merchant association of south India with 325 plus members had  grand celebrations of its golden jubilee year on Sunday.  The Association also unveiled its Souvenir at the grand gathering at Fort Grand-Shamshabad . Secunderabad MP and ex- Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya graced the event.

Shamshabad: Secunderabad Hyderabad Iron & Steel Merchant Association (SHISMA), the biggest steel merchant association of south India with 325 plus members had grand celebrations of its golden jubilee year on Sunday. The Association also unveiled its Souvenir at the grand gathering at Fort Grand-Shamshabad . Secunderabad MP and ex- Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya graced the event.

SHISMA was established in the year 1967, and with the support extended by its members, has successfully completed 50 years of its association. It is also associated with other associations like FAPCCI and others, facilitating and helping steel traders do their business with ease.

Speaking on the occasion Subhash Agarwal-President SHISMA , Pavan Sonthalia-General Secretary SHISMA, Nitin Goyal-Joint Secretary SHISMA and Arun Bansal-Treasurer SHISMA said "We are delighted to celebrate 50 years of our association.

During the course, we have been organising various programmes for our esteemed members like awareness drives. We regularly conduct seminars with Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department, Central Excise Department and organize AGM Meetings. We also celebrate our togetherness by organizing functions like Diwali, Dussehra, etc.
