Everyone contributing to Swachh City
Mayor Bonthu Rammohan on Thursday observed that it was a matter of pleasure that everyone was contributing to the efforts to beautify Hyderabad as a Swachh City. Addressing an awareness programme, Swachch Sarvekshan-2018 at Sandhya Convention Centre, he stated that officials and people’s representatives were striving as a family to beautify the City to match its growing population.

Addressing an awareness programme, Swachch Sarvekshan-2018 at Sandhya Convention Centre, he stated that officials and people’s representatives were striving as a family to beautify the City to match its growing population.
The Mayor appealed to everyone to actively participate in ensuring effective sanitation programme. Addressing the gathering, GHMC Commissioner Janardhan Reddy observed that Swachh City would emerge only when the people maintain their surroundings clean and green. He called for efforts to end open defecation.
Reddy asserted that the City was being beautified in coordination with Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Minister KTR and the Mayor. Among those present were MLA Arikapudi Gandhi, Zonal Commissioner Hari Chandana, Corporators Saibaba, Nagender Yadav and Hameed Patel, Navatha Reddy, Jagdishwar Goud, Pujita Goud, Sindu Adarsh Reddy, Thonta Anjayya, DC Venkanna, OMHs Bindu Bhargavi, Ravi, SRPs, PRPs and Swachch auto drivers.
