A dangerous neglect at Indira Park
Problems at Indira Park is never ending and has been turning bad to worst day by day due to the negligence of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials.
Domalguda: Problems at Indira Park is never ending and has been turning bad to worst day by day due to the negligence of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials.
GHMC officials have been turning a blind eye towards the maintenance in park, while the lake fencing has been damaged and the electric box in the park is left open posing danger to the park visitors and children playing around.
A regular walker at Indira Park Aruna said that it has been more than a month that the lake fencing has been damaged and posing danger for the children playing in the park as there is a risk of children falling into the lake. She said that GHMC officials and park in-charge should act immediately before an incident takes place.
Another walker Shyamala said “I have been visiting this park regularly but when compared to early, the park condition has turned bad with the lake fencing damaged, open electric wires, no proper play rides and other problems. The officials must take up repair work at the earliest”.
