Hyderabad: Novotel Hyderabad Airport organised the Live Cooking Workshop with Chef Srinivas, sous-chef at Novotel Hyderabad airport on Wednesday.

Chef Srinivas demonstrated the innovative recipes and showcased his excellent culinary skills and talent. The participants loved the dishes prepared by Chef and was seen having a great time interacting with him. He later prepared very appetizing dishes which included Jack Fruit Kheer and Farm fresh salad.

The cooking workshop highlighted the methods to prepare tasty and healthy recipes. Chef Srinivas, a culinary expert presented healthier dishes using authentic ingredients. He also gave useful cooking tips while demonstrating his recipes.

Speaking on the occasion, Ravi Khubchandani, General Manager, Novotel Hyderabad Airport said, "At Novotel Hyderabad Airport, we are known for culinary expertise. This live cooking workshop is an attempt by us to engage with our customers and guests.

Chef Srinivas prepared the unique dessert jack fruit kheer and also healthy salad using locally sourced ingredients. This is our initiative to help people learn some new innovative recipes and basics of cooking.”
