Tight security, with 1,000 police personnel, is being provided to prevent any untoward incident in Keesara, in Medchal district, in connection with the Mahasivaratri celebrations, said Malkajgiri DCP Umamaheswara Sarma, along with Kushaiguda ACP Krishnamurthy and Keesara CI Surender, on Monday. 

Kapra: Tight security, with 1,000 police personnel, is being provided to prevent any untoward incident in Keesara, in Medchal district, in connection with the Mahasivaratri celebrations, said Malkajgiri DCP Umamaheswara Sarma, along with Kushaiguda ACP Krishnamurthy and Keesara CI Surender, on Monday.

Speaking to the media in DCP’s office, they urged devotees visiting Keesara for worshipping Bhavani Ramalingeswara Swamy to park their vehicles in the allotted slots. The police officials stated that smoking and consumption of liquor and meat is banned in the shrine, with an appeal to the devotees to cooperate in enforcing it effectively.
