Heavy loaded trolley causes traffic violation

Chandrangutta: A trolley loaded with heavy bags bent towards one side was seen here on Friday. Traffic rules are often strictly violated in this area these days.

Shaik Murtuza who noticed this heavy loaded trolley said that as the trolley was tightly filled with heavy bags, one of the bags fell off from it for which I had to stop my bike all of a sudden which lead to an accident causing injuries. He later added that traffic police have to take strict actions against these violators.
