Meeting on Piped Natural Gas supply to Cantonment
A meeting was held at Telangana and Andhra Sub AreaHeadquarters on Saturday between the officials of Bhagyanagar Gas Limited(BGL) and Local Military Authority(LMA) for provisioning of Piped Natural Gas(PNG) in the cantonment.

This will provide direct access and ready availability of cooking gas in each household and cookhouse in the cantonment. It is a positive step towards development of Smart Cantonment and once implemented will result in financial savings to the users.
The main aim is to offset the harmful effect of conventional fossil fuels on the environment.
BGL is carrying out city gas distribution project at Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Vijayawada and Kakinada as per authorisation form Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board(PNGRB) and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
