Hyderabad: Responding to the news published in The Hans India on February 23 about an alleged beating of students by staff of St Mary’s Group of Institutions, the management has clarified that they did not hire any rowdy or bouncer.

St Mary’s Group Chairman K V K Rao in his statement, said that the students in question were violating the norms laid down by the college management to maintain tranquillity and hence were physical force was used to remove them from the campus after conducting counselling.

Rao stated that students have tried to malign the image of the college in order to hide their misconduct.

The College management claimed that they had the written letter of the student who created nuisance asking to excuse him for this time.
