Development works get underway in Ghansi Bazaar

Ghansi Bazaar: It was a dream come true for the residents of Ghansi Bazaar as developmental works pertaining to NP drains, junction improvement, CC roads and sewerage lines got underway here on Sunday.

AIMIM President Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi Inaugurated development works worth 7.27 Crores in Ghansi Bazaar Division, Charminar Constituency along with MLA Charminar Pasha Quadri.

Rahmatullah, a resident of the old city said, “For long the Old City was neglected and we are extremely happy that development works have begun. The sewerage lines are clogged. The lines were developed during the times of the VII Nizam and have outlived their time.”
The residents of Subhash Nagar, Sowbhagya Nagar and Shapurnagar are affected due to overflowing drains for years.

MM Kareem, a resident of Ghansi Bazaar says, “The start of works has brought a sigh of relief to us. Now we have hope of living in clean surroundings. Every day the drains overflow and there is a bad odour all day long. Many children have been affected with skin rashes.”
