She said most of the people are more likely to die of a heart ailment, if women will have regular effort on cardiac rehabilitation due to cardiac rehabilitation program women heart will become strengthen. It involves a personalized exercise program under a special trainer, and classes on stress reduction and healthy eating. She said women believe that might be more willing to exercise and to speak freely in classes, if no men are around.
