New Collectors appointed for Medak, Sangareddy
The State government has reshuffled the IAS posts of Collectors in few districts including Sangareddy and Medak districts. The incumbent district Collector and district Magistrate of Sangareddy and incharge Collector of Medak district K Manick Raj Kannan has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister in Chief Minister’s office.
Sangareddy: The State government has reshuffled the IAS posts of Collectors in few districts including Sangareddy and Medak districts. The incumbent district Collector and district Magistrate of Sangareddy and incharge Collector of Medak district K Manick Raj Kannan has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister in Chief Minister’s office.
And the district’s Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate V Venkateshwarlu , IAS (2013), has been appointed as the Collector and Additional district Magistrate of Sangareddy in the existing vacancy of Manick Raj. K Dharma Reddy, a 2012 IAS batch, has been appointed as the Collector and district Magistrate of Medak relieving K Manick Raj Kannan from the full additional charge.
Dharma Reddy was previously working as Joint Collector and Additional Magistrate of Medchal-Malkajgiri district. The state government had made a few other transfers of IAS cadres in its latest communiqué released by Chief Secretary SK Joshi .
