A Driving Under the Influence (DUI) drive was conducted by Sub Inspector Mahaboob Pasha and 9 cases were registered against the owners of vehicles without proper documents and were imposed with the penalty of Rs 3300 for traffic violations. The officer said the motorists should carry the necessary document such as driving license, insurance, vehicle fitness and registration certificate .People caught for drunk and drive would be imprisoned.
