Shia Muslims in old city participated in yearly Juloos of Naqqara Mubarak taking out a procession from Maula Ka Chilla, Rein Bazar to Moula Ali commemorating the birth anniversary of Hazrath Ali ,son -in- law of Prophet Muhammed.
Purani Haveli: Shia Muslims in old city participated in yearly Juloos of Naqqara Mubarak taking out a procession from Maula Ka Chilla, Rein Bazar to Moula Ali commemorating the birth anniversary of Hazrath Ali ,son -in- law of Prophet Muhammed.
The procession passed through Chumti Shah Maidan, Kotla Alijah, Etebar Chowk, Panjesha, Mandi Mir Alam, Purani Haveli and so on. The event was organised by Shia Youth Conference. Participants completed half of the journey on bikes and visited Moula Ali in another vehicle to complete the procession. Dozens of men, women and children participated in the programme and special prayers followed.
