Irregularities in selecting beneficiaries
The youth from Athkur Thanda of Peddemul alleged that irregularities have been taken place while selecting the beneficiaries for the loans from ST Corporation. MPP Vanisri, MPDO, Bank Manager of Telangana Grameena Bank organised lucky draw to select the beneficiaries at Mandal Parishad Office at Peddemul on Wednesday. Â
Tandur: The youth from Athkur Thanda of Peddemul alleged that irregularities have been taken place while selecting the beneficiaries for the loans from ST Corporation. MPP Vanisri, MPDO, Bank Manager of Telangana Grameena Bank organised lucky draw to select the beneficiaries at Mandal Parishad Office at Peddemul on Wednesday.
All the chits should be in same colour, but the selected beneficiary’s names are with red colour, alleged Prem Kumar. They also said that five beneficiaries were selected from same family, which is raising doubts of irregularities. They alleged that officials and political leaders collude and resorted the malpractice. They demanded that a thorough enquiry should be made and justice done to them.
Meanwhile, the Bank Manager Kaviraj said selecting five beneficiaries from same family is ‘unexpected’ and one of them would be dropped and replaced by another person. Surprisingly he is not able to explain how the chits in the lucky draw box were in different colours.
