The English and Foreign Languages University concluded its 58th International Training Program (ITP) on Wednesday. The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, has empanelled EFL University as one of the institutes under the ITEC/ SCAAP program to conduct the ITP Courses with an objective to promote goodwill and foster bilateral relationships among the countries. 

Osmania University: The English and Foreign Languages University concluded its 58th International Training Program (ITP) on Wednesday. The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, has empanelled EFL University as one of the institutes under the ITEC/ SCAAP program to conduct the ITP Courses with an objective to promote goodwill and foster bilateral relationships among the countries.

The ITP, a flagship program of the university, aims at improving the English Language proficiency of the International participants comprising diplomats, bureaucrats, engineers, professors, doctors etc.

The outgoing group of the 12-week ITP Program had 86 participants drawn from 45 different countries representing Latin America, Africa, South America, South Asia, to name a few. In the valedictory function that was held on Wednesday, the participants appreciated the professional conduct of the course and profusely thanked the teaching fraternity for their expertise and innovative approaches to language teaching.

They also appreciated the cultural heritage of India and the warmth they received from the Indians. Prof Roopa Suzana, Chief Coordinator, ITP, thanked Prof E Suresh Kumar, Vice Chancellor, EFL University for his unstinted support in the successful conduct of the program.
