The selling out and purchase of assigned lands is crime and those lands will be resumed by the government as part of LRUP programme. The officials must be aware of the records and basic information about the revenue lands to make sure the innocent farmers are not affected by any mistake emphasised the collector to the officials.

He also ordered the officials that the old records should be rectified and the proceedings should be distributed to the farmers in order to complete the LRUP programme to distribute the new pass books to the farmers. The officials were also trained in the meeting on stress management and other work related issues including a Q&A session on LRUP programme.

The Collector also ordered the MPDOs to conduct a survey to recognise the Scheduled Tribes in the district by April 4 to take the necessary steps for their development. LRUP Director Vakati Karuna ordered the District Collectors through the video conference to finish the revivification of land records should be done once again within three days by the revenue officials and also complete the digital signatures to all the villages. The programme was attended by Joint Collector Nagesh, RDO Venkareshwarlu, Tahsildars and Revenue officials.
