Mee Seva centres emptying people’s pockets here
The rather facilitating agencies Mee Seva Centres in Amberpet division are looting people by charging high for every online service they are providing. Moreover, some unauthorised centres that are functioning in the area are bothering people by charging more.
Amberpet: The rather facilitating agencies Mee Seva Centres in Amberpet division are looting people by charging high for every online service they are providing. Moreover, some unauthorised centres that are functioning in the area are bothering people by charging more.
Most of the Mee Seva centres near Amberpet MRO office are just exploiting the people by charging as per their wish, violating the norms. Since most of the government services are online now, people are inevitably approaching Mee Seva centres, but are getting exploited.
Lack of accountability and no inspection by the authorities is leading to continuous exploitation by these centres. Students need several certificates like income certificates, caste certificates every year for new academic year or for any competitive examinations.
Every certificate is needed to be submitted through Mee Seva centres thus giving a golden opportunity for the organisers to loot people’s money and they have been charge exorbitantly for the services they offer. These centres are charging about Rs 80 or Rs 100 that would only cost Rs 45. Apart from this, these centres are charging additional charges for uploading and scanning the documents.
Speaking to The Hans India, Amberpet MRO Chandrakala said that strict action would be taken against the centres violating the norms and charging people exorbitantly. She said that people can complain her if they face any problem in this regard.
