Somajiguda: A senior member of the Nizam Club Ramesh Kumar Dheer on Wednesday called for steps by the State government to check violations of rules by the office-bearers, by charging more membership amounts and misusing them for personal benefit.

Addressing a press conference, along with advocates Vijay and Wahid Ali Khan, he alleged that the elite club membership usually given to IPS, IAS, IRS and other high officials was being made available to people against regulations. They accused the office-bearers of not convening a meeting twice a month and resorting to irregularities.

Dheer alleged that a conspiracy was being hatched to eliminate him for questioning the office-bearers, particularly Naresh Solanki, Suresh Solanki, Madhu Solanki, Ajay Reddy, L N Reddy, Aditya Rao, for their misdeeds. He said complaints regarding the club irregularities have already been submitted to the DGP, DCP and the Saifabad police.
