He was participating as chief guest in the black-belt presentation ceremony of the District Taekwondo Associatio here on Sunday. He said karate can be learnt at any age. District Teakwondo grand master Manohar said that it is essential to practice it regularly. He said even women are coming forward to receive tranining. He maintained that he teaches police department personnel. Later, Ashok Kumar distributed certificates from Korea among trainers.
