Laxity of officials causing trouble
Lack of punctuality and dereliction of duty by the south zone GHMC staff is creating lot of troubles for the citizens especially for the people who visit the zone office regularly.
Charminar: Lack of punctuality and dereliction of duty by the south zone GHMC staff is creating lot of troubles for the citizens especially for the people who visit the zone office regularly.
The Sardar Mahal south zone office encompasses office of zonal commissioner in which there are different sections for circle 6,7,8,9 and 10. Similarly, deputy commissioners, tax, health, sanitation, engineering, town planning, UCD, street lighting are other sections. The office hours are from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm however, the zonal staff is not available during this time and closing the works even before 5:00 pm. This dereliction and apathy by officials is creating lot of difficulties for the people.
Locals have complained that their works pertaining to various issues were being delayed because of this situation. They demanded the authorities not to waste their time and get their works done in stipulated time.
