Dr C Narayana Reddy Award-2017 conferred on Siddipet poet

Telangana Rachayitala Sangham (TeRaSam- Telangana Writers Association) Siddipet district president and poet Ponnala Balaiah was conferred with Dr C Narayana Reddy Award-2017 for his literature ‘Miggu’- a volume of poems, by the Sahiti Gauthami at Karimnagar on Friday.Â
Siddipet: Telangana Rachayitala Sangham (TeRaSam- Telangana Writers Association) Siddipet district president and poet Ponnala Balaiah was conferred with Dr C Narayana Reddy Award-2017 for his literature ‘Miggu’- a volume of poems, by the Sahiti Gauthami at Karimnagar on Friday.
Telangana Sahitya Academy president Nandini SidhaReddy gave away the award to the poet at the award function held in the presence of SiNaRe Award Committee convenor Vijayendar Reddy at Karimnagar. Litterateurs Gandra Laxman, Varala Anand, president of Sahiti Gauthami D Sendhipati, Gajula Ravindar Siddipet district TeRaSam general secretary G Yadagiri and other poets, who lauded the work of Ponnala Balaiah, participated in the function.
