Sangareddy Joint Collector Nikhila ordered the district revenue officials including mandal Tahsildars to implement the government’s prestigious Rythu Bandhu scheme smoothly from May 10 to 17 without any hiccups in the district.

Speaking at the meeting on the distribution of patta passbooks and cheques of Rythu Bandhu scheme to the farmers, the JC said already passbooks and cheques of 227 villages in the district had issued and the same information was sent to the concerned mandals. The distribution will be executed with pre-planning of issuing slips of Rythu Bandhu scheme based on farmer wise data in the villages.

All the facilities like drinking water, chairs, canopies, medical service with ANMs at the Gram Panchayat offices should be arranged for the farmers who need to bring their Aadhaar card to get their passbooks and cheques, said the Joint Collector.Tahsildar should take the responsibility of grievance counter to receive applications from the farmers who don’t get their passbooks or any corrections.

With the prior intimation to the members of Rythu Samanvaya Samithis a day before to the distribution in the villages, Tahsildars should be alert till the passbooks are delivered to the farmers through the distributing team leaders and updatet the register with the details of farmers who are not issued passbooks in every village with the coordination of all the staff. The meeting was attended by Sangareddy, Jaheerabad and Marayakhed Divisional officials and revenue officials.
