Mercure Hyderabad KCP celebrated the spirit of Nawabi culture and brought alive the streets of Lucknow by organising Awadhi Food Festival. The food festival was inaugurated by Former Chief Minister Konijeti Rosaiah in the presence of Dinesh Rai, General Manager Mercure Hyderabad KCP and other dignitaries.  

Hyderabad: Mercure Hyderabad KCP celebrated the spirit of Nawabi culture and brought alive the streets of Lucknow by organising Awadhi Food Festival. The food festival was inaugurated by Former Chief Minister Konijeti Rosaiah in the presence of Dinesh Rai, General Manager Mercure Hyderabad KCP and other dignitaries.

Chef Mohammad Hassan along with Executive Chef Vinay Kumar and his team put together an array of exotic and aromatic dishes to bring alive the Awadhi cuisine. The menu consisted of a variety of items like Galouti, shami, kakori, dalchi, zamikand ke kebab and much more. The Awadhi Food festival at Mercure Hyderabad KCP promised authentic true flavours of Nawabi food using the magical blending of spices of traditional dishes which includes a mix of vegetarian and non – vegetarian dishes.

Speaking on the occasion, Dinesh Rai said, “Mercure Hyderabad KCP is famous for its delicious and appetizing food. With a specially designed menu, Mercure Hyderabad KCP has brought the world famous “Lucknowi” cuisine to Hyderabad to give guests an authentic taste and flavour. The Awadhi food festival will surely offer our patrons a memorable & traditional dining experience”.
