Corporator, RI & MRO inspect govt land
Corporator Bobba Navatha Reddy, along with RI Nihanth and MRO Tirumal Rao, on Wednesday inspected the government land in survey no 102 in P A Nagar Basti of Chandanagar division. She explained to them the alleged efforts being made by some private persons in the name of ruling party to occupy the land.

Reddy stated that recently the colony residents had resisted the attempts of these persons in drilling a bore well as also unfurling the party flag on the May Day. In a representation to the corporator, while stressing the need for protecting the land, the residents pleaded for allotting it for a community hall/mahila mandali office. They also complained to MRO. Tirumal Rao assured that the administration would protect the land and try to meet the needs of the residents. Among those present were Chandrayya, Bhimamma, Srinu, Laddu, Sayamma, Bujji, Ali, Tirupati, Hanumanthu, Siddu, Durgayya, Pochayya.
