Hyderabad: Telangana State Federation of Bar Association State Committee president Hari Mohan Reddy demanded immediate amendment of section 41A of CrPC, while addressing state level meeting held at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram on Wednesday.
The committee president also demanded health cards, stipend to junior advocates, establishment of Law Academy to talent upgradation of advocates and filling of vacant posts in courts across the state. Karimnagar MP B Vinod who attended the meeting assured them to discussed the demands with Law ministers and higher authorities on May 5. He also assured to bring the issue to CM’s notice.
