Nala overflow prevention work taken up

Malkajgiri: As monsoon to hit next month, there is a possibility of overflow of nalas due to heavy down pour. In order to mitigate it, Corporator Akula Narasing Rao inspected the nala at Anandbagh, and noted the grievances of public facing due to inundation of drainage waters that enters into houses and also leads to massive traffic jam.

Following the orders of the Corporator, the GHMC workers landed at the spot to carry out works to prevent the overflow of nala. At the same time, they are on way to remove the garbage of two feet accumulated that prevents from free flow of water. He assured that the officials will expedite the work to complete it on time and ensure that it solves the problems of the residents.
