1. All Cantonments Citizens Welfare Association to send a representation to DGGE and PDGE to reopen roads
2. The Secunderabad Cantonment Board vice president says that the local military authority’s actions are as good as violating Defence Ministry’s orders

J Ramakrishna, vice president, SCB said that the Local Military Authority (LMA) is not showing even an iota of respect to the orders of the MoD and the instructions of the Defence Minister. In spite of clear orders to reopen all the roads, the LMA has still not opened several gates. He further said that the SCB would once again send a letter to the concerned authorities and wait for a week.

Chandrashekar of OSCAR who has been fighting for the reopening of roads said, “We have done what we could do. Now it is the duty of the SCB to take it forward. There is a clear order from the highest body in the country, yet the LMA is adamant. I am lost for words.”
